Anatomical Sterling Silver Heart Organ Necklace

My lovely little anatomical heart necklaces are hand-cut individually by me and can be engraved with a name or date. They make lovely gifts for those who love their heart, all hearts or have had a surgery or transplant. I make them from eco-friendly sterling silver. It comes on a sterling silver 16, 18, or 20” chain. It is just under 1" tall, and I am happy to take custom requests.
