Sterling Silver Lungs Necklace

I have designed and hand-cut this lovely and important organ from recycled sterling silver. It is simple and striking with burnished edges to bring out the silver shine. I can put it on a 16, 18 or 20” sterling silver chain (other lengths available by request). While I originally designed this as a Halloween charm, I've got to give a special shout out to the folks who have undergone a lung transplant at UCSD Medical Center who really seem to like them. Thanks!!
